Here is a brief introduction to Random Talks of Kindness where tough topics meet thoughtful listening. In this episode, Monica explains a bit about her life journey and why she is launching a podcast.

The name of this podcast explains it all. Random in that no subject, topic or interest is off limits. We believe that in the simple act of Talking – the intrinsic art of sharing and relating - has the power to change lives for the better. And when we connect from a place of Kindness – holding space, listening with respect, leaving no room for judgment or bias – allows us to empathize and better understand ourselves in the process.
